The 85 square meter barrier-free non-smoking apartment with 3 rooms and balcony for max. 5 adults and 1 toddler is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house with 3 apartments in: 23774 Heiligenhafen, Grauwisch 46 (free public parking lot). Living / dining room completely newly furnished with fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), dining table for 6 people and a high chair, leather couch, flat-screen TV, stereo, and free internet access via W-LAN. From here you have access to the balcony with table and 5 chairs. Bathroom with daylight, shower (barrier free with handle and shower stool) handle on the toilet and hairdryer.
Children's room renovated in January 2014, with a double bed and a single bed, with satellite TV. You will find sand toys in the storage room
Bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) raised and cot.
In the house there is a guard machine in the bathroom and a dryer in the storage room.
Garden use as a lawn with seating, play equipment and barbecue facilities.
(Access to the garden is from the front along the side of the house via a paved path with a slight slope).
