Only 3 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. Dinette, sitting area. Cable TV, Wi-Fi. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. From here you go to the shower room / WC. Own car parking space in the underground car park (2m clearance height) directly in the residential building, storage room for bicycles, elevator.
