Terraced house apartment in a quiet and close to the beach location.
The apartment is 60 square meters and has two floors - ground floor and first floor and can accommodate up to five people (max 4 adults + 1 infant).
On the ground floor is the living room, from here you have access to the terrace. The living room has a comfortable couch and two armchairs as well as a flat screen TV, stereo and CD player. A natural wood corner bench with table and two chairs provides your family a cozy place for meals. The kitchen is also on the ground floor and is u. a. equipped with oven, 4-plate stove and coffee maker, and of course with all cookware, dishes and cutlery. On the first floor are the two bedrooms, both with double beds.
The bathroom is equipped with bathtub, toilet and vanity. In the bathtub showers are also possible, there is a fold-out splash guard.
The terrace and the small garden, covered with privacy, offers a place for cozy evenings in the countryside or for sunbathing.
Our beautiful object is during the season exclusively from Sunday to Sunday, so weekly, bookable.
