The well-tended middle row house "Moll" is suitable for 2 - 4 persons and is quietly situated, however directly to the center and also to the beach (about 800 m) it is not far.
The living area of the approximately 70 m² holiday home is spread over two floors. The ground floor is the living-dining room - bright and friendly, as well as the kitchen. The living area has a cozy sitting area, as well as a large dining area. From the living area you have access to the furnished terrace and the small fenced garden. The bright little kitchen is u. a. equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a freezer, many more kitchen appliances are available. On the ground floor is a small storage room.
