We had a wonderful second stay at the condo in the Palm Villas, enjoying the sunsets, pool, and snorkeling nearby. Can't wait come back again.

Property was great. Well stocked kitchen and the condo was in a great location. Could use two more beach chairs. One was broken and the condo had only three, and we had a party of 4. Otherwise, would rent again.

Quiet, only a mile walk to the beach (or you can drive right to it with the club pass), and plenty of room. Second level living gave great breezes through the condo so AC wasn't necessary. Perfect. Little picky things are that the BBQ from the downstairs rental is stinky, the loft blinds rattle in the breeze and the blinds in the spare bedroom downstairs won't stay up. Read up on how to operate a Schlage doorknob lock before you go. Instructions are provided just look for the link.

Make sure they have replaced the carpets and blinds before you book this place. And, ask about a really thorough cleaning. The shower floor and walls, especially and dusting (particularly the ceiling fans!). The Palm Villas are the best and this one had the best view.
