About this house rental
The detached cottage in the district of California is about 57 m² in size and has three rooms, with a bedroom is open to the stairs. The house is located in a quiet street, which has no through traffic, but only access to the land.

From the living room leads to the dining area and the open kitchen. It has a cooker with four ceramic hobs, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave - and of course "Pütt un 'Pann".
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and hairdryer.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, the first room is a passage room, which is not completed to the stairs. After the Schrittmaßregel the stairs is to be called steep. In the passage room is a franz. Double bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m. In the back bedroom is a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and a couch to rest and read.
Around the house is the garden with a spacious terrace with table and chairs and garden chairs and a beach chair, where you can relax wonderfully. There is also a barbecue.
A carport for your car is located directly on the property.
On request, a lockable storage room at the carport is available for shared use.
