LA FUENTE DEL MONTE is a cozy and charming rural house renovated in 2006, located in the town center of Caballar. The house is ideal for a pleasant and comfortable stay of 4 people.
The renovation has been carried out keeping the rustic charm and using noble materials such as stone, wood, terracotta in tiles and tiles made and hand painted in craft workshops.
The Fountain of the Mount invites peace, tranquility and tranquility of its visitors.
The house is fully rented and completely independent. It has capacity for 4 people and has:
2 ROOMS on the first floor, each of them has a complete bathroom (with bathtub).
2 BATHROOMS complete in the rooms.
1 TOILET on the ground floor for common use.
THE KITCHEN, fully equipped is equipped with, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, Italian coffee maker, small appliances (toaster, juicer, blender). Crockery, glassware (glasses, wine glasses ect), cutlery and kitchenware. Iron for clothes and ironing board.
THE LIVING ROOM has: television (flat screen), DVD (with USB port), WIFI (free), telephone and French fireplace.
BASEMENT WITH BODEGA, where in the past the grapes were trampled and left to ferment, obtaining a great wine and which is currently an ideal place to spend a pleasant time.
ABROAD:
EL PATIO, has a porch area with barbecue equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for tasting chops. The charcoal for the use of the barbecue will have to bring the traveler. We also have spirals with gas to make paellas.

HEATING AND HOT WATER, is obtained by electricity. Each of the radiators of the house can be regulated to suit the traveler.

In the kitchen we put; paper napkins, kitchen paper, dishwasher tablets, hand dishwashing liquid, tea towels, detergent and softener for washing machine, garbage bags, scourer (brand new), cloth (brand new) and tablecloth. Iron for clothes and ironing board. At home we do not leave any food (or salt, sugar, or oil ...), for reasons of cleanliness and hygiene

La casa es fabulosa. No falta de nada.
Limpisima. Daba gusto meterse en la cama. El olor de las toallas... Se nota cuando algo está hecho con esmero.
El trato con Isabel estupendo. Nos fue orientando sobre que ver, donde comprar.
Probaremos con otras casas suyas seguro.
