About this apartment rental
Affordable, beautiful and spacious garden 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom apartment with a private sunk pool and cozy patio. Internet WIFI, cable TV, DVD Player, beach chairs, beach cooler, outside electric grill, laundry includes washer and dryer.
Beds sheets are 400 threats plus, spacious kitchen fully equipped.
Master has a king-size bed, 2 bedrooms with bunk bed with 2 twins and 1 full mattress.
Pac n play and high chair available.
A variety of table games for those rainy days.
*** Condo sleeps comfortably 8 people but after the 6 person, there is an additional charge of $150.00 per person per stay.
Palma Vista complex has 2 pools and a nice playground, and a very relaxing ambiance. Located right across the street of Seven beach (about 50 seconds). There are plenty of restaurants and sports rentals facilities.
Palma vista location is close to everything: like the Ferry (10 minutes ride) that takes to other islands like Vieques and Culebra, 20 minutes from our Rain forest El Yunque, 10 minutes from Luquillo beach, less than 3 minutes walk to the luminescence bay, 5 minutes drive to las Croabas, there you can rent a Catamaran boat which includes drinks & food, 15 minutes from Carabali, there you go horseback riding with beautiful scenery from beach, river or mountains, also there you can rent four tracks with the same routes and sceneries, also a 2 minutes walk to the Fajardo Lighthouse tour, among other many things to do and places to go.
We guarantee you will feel right at home and have an awesome time!

This condo was perfect for our family and exceeded our expectations. If we return to PR, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Seven Seas Beach is right across the street, which made it easy to pop over for a quick swim, a walk along the shore, or an evening sunset. The water was incredibly calm and shallow and absolutely perfect for kids. We also loved being so close to Las Croabas, Luquillo, El Yunque, and San Juan. It was the perfect home base for both relaxing and exploring the island. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. We appreciated all the extras, including the laundry machines, toys and games for the kids, a cooler, beach towels, and beach chairs. It genuinely felt like everything a family might need had already been anticipated. We enjoyed both pools during our stay, and the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. There are lots of tropical birds around the property, which added character and were fun to watch from the patio and around the grounds. Everyone we met was friendly, and the host was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Parking was easy, access was simple, and check-out expectations were clear. Bonus tip for future guests: Costa Mía, an easy walk from the condo, had our favorite mofongo of the entire trip and came to the rescue after a tiring day of travel. We made so many wonderful memories here, from morning coffee on the patio to afternoons at the beach and pool. This place made our trip unforgettable!

Our family had an amazing time staying here! It was so nice having the beach right across the street with access to delicious local food. The condo was clean and well taken care of and check in was super easy.

This was the perfect spot for our family. The private pool was fun and the condo pool was mostly empty and a great place to hang out post excursions. Condo was set with plenty of towels for pool and shower, kitchen stuff etc. enough space for the 5 of us to spread out. We will definitely be back!

Amazing vacation in an excellent location! Cannot boast enough about this condo. Pictures of the inside do not do it justice. Very spacious, clean, well laid out and safe feeling. In all, it seemed like only about 5-6 other residents were occupying other units. The complex is all walled in with barbs at the top of the walls to prevent intruders. Pool is great. Can walk immediately to multiple restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend. If I had to nit pick, would like to warn that the oven is broken so only has toaster oven and beds and pillows were very hard but neither of those things took away from the magic of the vacation!
