The apartment features newly renovated bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 55-inch TV in the living room, air conditioning in all bedrooms, two assigned parking spaces, and a large balcony perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze.

The view from the condo is spectacular! Security is very tight, so everyone felt very safe (even though we had no reason not to). The condo was very clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. It is ideally located - we were able to walk for breakfast and other meals and and also walked to the marina for our catamaran excursion (Salty Dog) - highly recommend! Mercedes was very responsive to our needs!

Wonderful apartment! Mercedes was an excellent host and answered every question. I highly recommend staying at this location. 24 hr gated security, well maintained property, everything you need. Location is perfect, view from the balcony is all you need. If you’re looking for the perfect family spot, this is it!
