Beautiful gulf front vacation 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. Our condo is an end unit with windows on side and front , newly furnished/decorated with new tiled floors throught the entire 1500 squared feet unit. All new appliances and smart TV in every room. Enjoy spectacular ocean/sunset views from master bedroom, great room, dining and kitchen area and balcony.
We offer a king size master bedroom facing the Gulf, a queen size bedroom and two twin beds in third bedroom. All bedrooms have a new flat screen smart tv’s. and ceiling fans.
The unit has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, wireless internet connection, cableTV, sauna, gym , pool and covered parking. Linens, towels are provided.
The master bedroom has a walk in closet, marble spa tub, walking in shower. Other amenities include laundry room with new washer/dryer and wireless internet.
Grandview is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, golf course, movie theateers, miniature gold and other fun family activities.
Pier Park is just 3 miles west of grandview with exciting shops and restaurants.

Master bedroom floor needs to be replaced. There were loose tiles and mismatched flooring pieces. Property Manager was not the best at communicating needed information. Frustrating to have to go to a different location which was not just next door to check-in and pick up the parking passes. I ended up paying twice for a 2nd parking pass because the property manager did not leave one in the condo (which she overcharged for). I have 4 grown adult children who come from different cities so we have to have more than 1 parking pass. When I contacted the property manager, she was not friendly or helpful. Location of condo is good but I will not request to stay at this location again.
