About this house rental
You’ll love our place because everything is brand-new and within a 10 minute walk to downtown Gilbert restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Also near San Tan Mall, movies theaters, Cactus Yards baseball fields, Freestone District Park, cities of Chandler, mesa and Tempe are 10 miles and Glendale is 60-90 minutes away.
The comfy beds are from Tuff and Needle and the home has an open floor plan. My place is good for couples, business travelers and families (with kids). The yard can be used for bar-b-ques, eating at the outside table, and kids playing.
Two cars can park in the 2 car driveway. The home, front and backyard are available to guest. Their is a basketball hoop that can be used in the 2 car driveway.
Gilbert Recreation center and park is 2 miles away. The gym has daily/weekly passes can be purchased. This Freestone Park district has playgrounds, train rides, carousel, skate park for scooters and skateboards.
Walking distances to Gilberts best and popular restaurants and entertainment and coffee shops.

House was spotless, towels and bed linens were excellent, kitchen was very well equipped, neighborhood was a bit older but very quiet, a park for the little ones was a 3 minute walk away!

Beautiful, clean, split floor plan, attached garage home just blocks from Gilbert central!! Loved the convenience!! Quality shopping, grocery, drug store, Walmart, and of course, any type of eating venues you could ask for.... all within about a10 minute drive or closer!! The home had a wonderful living/ kitchen space and even outdoor covered dining AND lounging space!! We found the attached garage to be super convenient for entry out of the rain, and having a vehicle just a couple steps away from the door (older woman and injured man on the stay)!
