Located just off 17th street on Orchid Island, you are only a short 2 block stroll to the beautiful sandy beach. This 3100+ square foot, two story town home is located in the south beach area of Vero Beach. There are only six units in Villa Solana finely crafted in the Italian Tuscan tradition. Downstairs includes a full dining and living area with a half bath, a master bedroom with king bed , 55" flat screen television, master bath with huge whirlpool bath tub, separate shower, as well as a large walk in closet, all with nine foot ceilings. Washer and dryer. A large garage connects to the kitchen and entry of the home.
This town home boasts a large living area upstairs with soaring ceilings and tall windows allowing the Florida sunshine to bathe the room. A large soft leather couch and chair make watching the 60" flat screen television so comfortable. Cable and WiFi are available for your use. The spacious upstairs has three bedrooms, one with king size bed, one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds. Two full baths complete the upstairs. Three outside balconies are available off the living area, one bedroom, and the extra room. Tropical ceiling fans are located throughout. Weekly maid service is included.
You will love the inviting private backyard patio with lush tropical plants, banana, oak, and palm trees, perfect for relaxing while reading, cooking out, or just enjoying the warmth of the Florida sun. Villa Solana has a small unheated pool shared by six units.

The unit is beautiful! In a great location - easy to the beach, downtown activities, beautiful walking or bike riding. Owner/manager very easy accessible if needed. And what a treat to have a large garage to keep your car protected from the hot sun. It’s a great place to stay.

Beautifully appointed, this town home had the space and everything we needed for our extended stay. The large bedrooms, baths, fully equipped kitchen, ample dining areas and huge family room served us and our own guests well. The double car garage houses several bikes and various beach and other equipment. If you need it, more than likely it is there! A walk to the lovely guarded South Beach area is only a few minutes down the street. Each and every morning, we enjoyed our coffee out on the patio surrounded by live oak trees and tropical foliage -- a wonderful way to start the day. Truly a home away from home. So conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas. We used our rented golf cart to drive to the restaurants, beach shops, and to the Humiston Beach Farmers Market each and every Saturday morning -- so much fun. Villa Solana is a private, quiet and exclusive enclave. Whenever we had any questions or needs, the owner responded immediately and was simply delightful to work with. Highly recommended.

This home has everything and so well maintain. The best kitchen I've ever had that wasn't mine. The owners were great and very responsive to our needs. The home has two floors, giving our guest all the space they wanted. We really enjoyed the large upstairs Sun Room/TV Room. The Patio was great on those days that were to windy for the beach. Everything you could want for beach (which is just 2 blocks away) was in the garage.
Can't wait to go back!!!!!
