Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The location is excellent, just minutes from both the beach and downtown Vero Beach. We visited during the summer, so carrying all of our beach gear on the 10-minute walk was not practical, but parking and public beach access were easy. If you’re traveling with a dog, be sure to research the beach access points first. The closest public access does not allow dogs.The home was easy to find and check into. We loved having garage parking and appreciated all the extras, including beach gear, bikes, and even a paddleboard. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to cook several meals. The screened-in porch with seating, dining space, and ceiling fans quickly became one of our favorite spots. The fenced backyard was spacious, and the pool was perfect after a day at the beach.Chuck was an outstanding host who was responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.Our only suggestion, which did not detract from our experience at all, would be to add the same blinds found in the bedrooms to the sliding glass doors and kitchen window for a little more privacy in the evenings. These are high traffic areas, so it’s likely not practical, which we also understand. Thank you, Chuck, for a wonderful stay. We truly enjoyed our time in Vero Beach and would happily stay here again!

If you’re looking for a low key vacation with family and/or friends, this is the perfect spot. Plenty of living and sleeping spaces inside, a huge screened in patio and fabulous pool. The house had everything we needed and then some. We literally did not have to leave for any reason. We only ventured out one evening to check out a local restaurant. So easy!Chuck is a super host for sure. He was incredibly accommodating. Came right away to take care of a door I accidentally locked behind me. We would definitely stay here again!
