With views of the Mt Buller summit from the living room and deck, this modern holiday home offers a simple layout with ample space for a weekend away or extended stay.
A 4 minute drive to the gates of Mt Buller and a 20 minute drive to the top will get you hitting the slopes for skiing, mountain biking or hiking with ease. Mansfield is an easy 21 minute drive away for those wishing to visit the many cafes, restaurants or have a hit of golf.
A fully featured kitchen with new appliances, crockery and cutlery make Cadeau a great place to dine while taking in the views of the Mt Buller summit.
The bathroom features a full size bath and shower with heated towel rack and heat lamps to cut down the chill on those cold winter mornings.
Relax by the super efficient Euro fireplace in winter or pump up the air-conditioning and ceiling fans in summer.

We had a fantastic stay over the weekend! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the location was perfect. The hosts were easy to communicate with and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The place was very well organised and tidy, stocked with excellent variety of utensils and other homewares. There was also an abundance of entertainment for children of all ages. Heating systems were operating with no issues.The house layout and decor was cosy and appealing to the eye. There is an actual fireplace with wood and instructions on how to start the fire, which was a bit difficult but fun to learn. It's around an hour drive up to Mt Buller including time in the shuttle bus.Convenient accomodation whether for skiing, snowboarding or just relaxing.Overall, would highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at Caduea. The house was spotless on arrival.It had all the items a young family needed which made the stay great.We were up during summer and enjoyed the peace and quiet and there was enough activities to keep the kids busy around mansfield and mt buller.Would definitely recommend staying here and the owners were very responsive with any little issues that came up.
