With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

This condo was the perfect headquarters for our family vacation! The unit was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly like the photos we fell in love with on VRBO. The convenience started right away with a seamless hospitality app and continued with a well-stocked kitchen and the fantastic bonus of beach chairs and an umbrella ready for us to use.The location in Baytowne Wharf is unbeatable for families, offering a safe and exciting environment for our teens to explore on their own while we enjoyed our own downtime. Even the compact parking spot in the garage was a small trade-off for the incredible convenience and fun of the village. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to our next stay!

There were a few issues with this stay. First of all, we were given an incorrect code to enter the garage. The floors and rugs in the unit were absolutely filthy. The cable did not work for the last two days. Apparently the bill was not paid to the provider. Calls trying to resolve the issue were not returned. These issues made the overall experience a lot less attractive.
