About this apartment rental
Our properties are gay owned and very straight friendly. For guest they like 100% privacy!!! Big Private pool (what you can use nude) and sun deck!!!
The pool is not heated, for an extra charge of 35 US per day we offer heating. Like the pool is not shared with other parties we can’t split the costs for the heating, also a lot of guest using the pool to refresh. So we give our guests the choice. Gorgeous 1 Bedroom, 2 level Condo/house, Casa Aventura Vallarta is very STRAIGHT FRIENDLY AND GAY OWNED, overlooking the Bay of Banderas and Old Town Puerto Vallarta. This little house has a independent entrance and a big PRIVATE sun deck and big pool with shadowed lounge area, sun beds, outside dining table, grill and a big pool, overlooking the the Romantic Zone and the oceon. The sun deck and The pool are not shared with other users, just for this condo. This newly constructed Condo/house, offers modern design with crisp clean lines... a quaint and cosy hideaway. Full equipped kitchen with granite counter, 2 burners, small grill/oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge, NEW WASHER & DRYER , dining area and a living room with partial view of the Pacific Ocean. As you descend the circular staircase, the lower level of this home offers the main bedroom with 1 queen size bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and counter-top vessel sink. Brushed by cool breezes, the spacious rooftop terrace in this Extended Stay is perfect for soaking up the sun, relaxing while reading a book, view fantastic sunsets or the evening fireworks at the ocean.This little independent house also offers, satellite TV and DVD player, air conditioning, personal safe. Just in front are 2 little mini supermarket and a Taco stand. For guests they like the authentic Mexican lifestyle, located in a Mexican neighborhood.
Puerto Vallarta is truly a vacationer's paradise. It is blessed with a seemingly endless number of beautiful beaches, the most popular of which is Los Muertos beach, just a short walk from the condo/house. All (gay) bars are close by also restaurants.

The penthouse unit has no elevator, so you have to climb up stairs to the 4 th floor. For handicapped or older guests with limited shape, it is not suitable.
Sorry, but we don't take dogs anymore, because of many bad expierences.

This was a great spot for our first visit to PV, being located in a lively Mexican neighbourhood but easily walkable to the beaches, Malecon, shops, bars and restaurants of Zona Romantica. Centro and beyond. As others have mentioned, the view from this condo has evolved somewhat since the photos on the listing were taken. It still enjoys an elevated outlook across the city towards the bay and Javier has planted lush greenery around the patio for added privacy though maybe not as private as it once was with the ongoing new construction around. The outside space of this condo is the reason to book here with various seating areas and we sprung for pool heating and really appreciated it. It was nice to meet Javier who was welcoming and on hand if we needed anything. The convenient location and terrific outside space made this a great value stay.

Great property. The space is wonderful. the rooftop pool is absolutely DIVINE! The hill isn't as bad as it seems, although an uber ride was 3 from the beach, so we took advantage. The location is fabulous, it was so nice. We ABSOLUTELY will be back. The host was so amenable and provided everything we needed and more. It is so private and nice. I guarantee you will not be disappointed! 5 STARS all around.
