About this cottage rental
Let the stress of your life end and the adventure of vacation begin, the minute you pull into the drive way. Set away from the road and surrounded by trees this is the perfect coastal escape. Adorable 3 bedroom/2bath beach cottage. Lots of space when you first walk in the door, with an open kitchen/family room plan. Kitchen bar that seats 5 and table/chairs for 4. After dinner enjoy the backyard Gas fire pit with swings ,hammock and lots of privacy .If you would like to sit and watch TV and enjoy the firepit in the front of the house and enjoy watching your dogs in fence you have a perfect sitting area . Has totally Fenced in Yard for your 4 legged family member. The deck is gated as well but has access to the fenced yard so you don't have to ever worry about your dog getting out. You can relax on the porch or under the gathering area outside and watch your babies or baby play in the yard
Ready for bed, no problem, there are two queen beds and a set of double bunk beds which gives plenty of room for every family member to stretch out and have a space of their own. There is a TV in every bedroom/family room and Wifi throughout. Take your pick, walk in shower or shower/tub combo. Cool features of this house include a large front porch(with dog gate) to sit on after a full fun filled day at the beach, or walk around and grill out on the back patio. Want to go "totally island", try the outdoor shower, you'll never want to shower inside again. Very short walk to the beach, but just in case you need some extra hands, we have a beach caddy. And don't forget to use our Men's/Women's/Children's bikes to take a ride to the the local ice cream parlor after dinner.
Bring your clothes because that is about all you will need. sheets, towels, beach towels, chairs are all included. Lots of parking, so pack up and we will see you at Emerald Isle. Blue sky, white sand, beautiful ocean awaits.

The house is so cute and cozy. Anything you need or forgot is available - the yard is perfect for our little dogs and it was close to the beach. We will definitely want to stay here again!!

Beach Bound Cottage, hosted by Emma was a pure delight. The cottage was as advertised with so many special touches such as 4 different sitting areas outside, a totally fenced in area super clean for fur family members, a swing set if you travel with little ones and a hammock right next to the swing set. Emma pretty much has everything covered for you. She has all kinds of brochures on things to do, places to eat, and the place is stocked with every sort of reading material you could want from magazines to books as well as DVDs for any rainy day that might slow you down to stay inside. The walk to the beach is very easy probably a half a city block on a hard surface road with a narrow wooden boardwalk that leads you directly onto the beach. We stayed for a week and were on the beach 2 full days and probably saw a total of about 3 sets of families so when you get to the beach the walk is worth it because there are so few people on this stretch of the beach. Emma checked in on us after the first night and again at the end of our week as we locked up and left Beach Bound Cottage. You truly don't need to bring anything except your clothes and perhaps any personal items. Everything you might need for the beach is in storage and I do mean everything from beach toys, chairs, wagon to load the stuff, games and inside the hour there is a whole supply of anything and everything for dogs. Emma is the best host, thoughtful, caring and kind. You won't be disappointed choosing Beach Bound!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Emma & her rental. It’s not only pet friendly but pet centered with anything you may need for your fur baby. We have crate trained pups so we brought our own but otherwise had everything we needed. To be a pet friendly space, it was very clean. Emma was a gracious host and checked in a couple times to make sure we had all that we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely return! Thanks again! -The Chaves Family
