Communication I would say is the most important part as a guest with you and the home owner, in this case, communicating was difficult as questions weren't answered in a timely manner or not at all, besides that, place was moderately clean, because of snow, when we entered there were salt all over the floors, we needed some adaquate amount of paper towels, either the cleaning person had forgot to refill them, we were stuck with no paper towels. The place is not so bad, average, but communicating was a hassle

The lake house was clean and beautiful and in a great location right across from the lake. The host was great and was always available to answer any question we had. It located in a beautiful community with plenty of amenities, the fees are definitely worth it. Would definitely stay at the house again

The property manager claimed that since I was unable to get in touch with him prior to the visit, he would refund half of the amenities’ fee but that has not come through, a month later.
The bedrooms were nice and clean.
The floors needed to be washed.
The bathroom shower faucet was held together with duct tape.
The toilet bowl is leaking at the base.
There are skunks living under the laundry room and the shed.
The bbq needs to be cleaned in between because it’s a fire hazard otherwise.
The location is awesome- it’s right across from the beach and playground.
There isn’t air conditioning, window fans would be useful.
