It is a luxurious apartment in the nature reserve of Starnberg. Lake Starnberg is about 2.5 km away. The apartment has a terrace and a private garden with barbecue area. Everything is green and totally quiet. They will love it.
It is a very nice and with attention to detail equipped apartment.
The apartment has 3 rooms and is located on the ground floor.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. You also have your own terrace and your own garden compartment. The beautiful garden invites you to linger and relax.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
Washer and dryer are available in the basement.
The apartment is fully equipped with towels, dishes, kitchen utensils, sheets and bedding, TV, WiFi etc.
You will not miss anything!
The apartment was renovated in 2013!
Pets can be brought by arrangement, but extra charge / night is required.
For small dogs a flat rate of 15 € per night will be charged.
For large dogs a flat rate of 29 € per night will be charged.
For children the following prices / night apply:
0 to 4 years - 25 €
5 to 12 years - 30 €
13 to 17 years - 40 €
The apartment is located in the middle of the nature reserve of Starnberg (Pöcking). It is quiet and idyllic, yet it is only 2 km from Starnberg.
Approximately 28 km to Munich.
1 hour drive to Garmisch in the mountains.

In summer, after a beautiful hike, the beautiful bathing lakes in the Fünf Seenland invite you to cool off.
