Holiday house "Am Tannenkopf" The completely renovated semi-detached house can since 18. June 2018 as a holiday home in Thale from 2 nights to be rented. Here you live on 80sqm over 2 floors. The house is located in a residential area in a small parallel street to the main street, so you can enjoy some peace and quiet by staying away from the traffic. Footpath to Bodetal, the popular destination in our small town, is about 10 minutes. The edge of the forest, which offers many hiking trails, is just a few meters from the house. Supermarkets are about 7 minutes walk from the house. A parking space is right outside the door. The landlord lives on the neighboring property, so you have a contact person if necessary. A barbecue area is available from June 2019 behind the house.

On the ground floor are: • Kitchen: dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, dining table with up to 4-6 chairs and a small fireplace (wood for a small extra fee, please inquire before) • Living room: sofa bed, reading corner, TV • Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, floor heating In the OG are: • bedroom: double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), wardrobe, TV, baby bed • nursery: bed ( 0.90 x 2.00m, extendable to 1.60 x 2.00m), wardrobe, TV • Bathroom: bath, toilet, sink, floor heating The house has a children's equipment: toilet seat, plastic dishes, cot, additional travel cot and Bedding mgl., 2 high chairs, potty, footstool in the bathroom, stair gate / door above and below The windows are mostly mosquito nets. Vielen Dank für den Urlaub in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Es lässt einfach keine Wünsche offen und ist so durchdacht und stilvoll eingerichtet, dass wir uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage ist bestens für Ausflüge im magischen Harz oder für die Erkundung durch Thale zu Fuß. Vielen lieben Dank!

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem super ausgestattet und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Wäscheständer und Klammern.
Vor allem für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist die Wohnung sehr geeignet. Die Toiletten haben im Deckel einen integrierten Aufsitz für Kleinkinder sowie einen Hocker für das Waschbecken und auch ein Töpfchen ist vorhanden.
Die Treppe ist zur Sicherheit von oben durch eine Tür geschützt und von unten durch eine Art Schiebegitter.
Das Objekt ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch nicht weit von der Gondel zum Hexentanzplatz, etc. entfernt. Alles ist sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Harz und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
