We wanted close to the beach, and this place really delivered! The condo was well kept and had plenty of space for four of us. Loved the balcony views and the ability to go to the beach or pool with ease.

This is a 2 bed 1.5 bath 3rd floor unit. It is located in building A close to the pool and beach access. Linens aren’t included but you are forced to pay for them in the busy months. It’s about 400 steps to the water’s edge. Plenty of little seafood restaurants nearby. There was a roll of paper towels, hand soap at each sink and a roll of toilet paper for each toilet included.

great time relaxing on a beautiful beach

We stayed in the condo for a week in August 2021. The property is very small, with not a lot of space for your beach/pool stuff, no pantry for food. The living room furniture needs to be replaced, I’m not sure what they are waiting for. The couch has seen better days. The property does have a washer dryer inside which was nice. The beds are way too soft and not comfortable, we slept poorly all week. The pillows in the master bedroom were the size of toddler pillows, I am not even joking. It was ludicrous. They need to replace the pillows ASAP.
However, the condo “management” is awful. The property is on the top floor so one night we left my daughter’s life vest out on the balcony in front of our door to dry out. It was in no way in any one’s way. We came home from a birthday dinner to a nasty note on our door telling us to remove all property from the shared space. We also witnessed employees taking items left by the pool overnight and throwing them over into the dunes. Not really nice…
As far as cleanliness, when we checked in, the bathroom floor was dirty with hair all over it from the previous people.
All that being said, the location is perfect, just steps to the beach and pool. Beach view from the balcony. That’s the only reason I am giving any stars. Otherwise I would definitely stay in a different condo/area next time.
