Condo #150 in the west side of Seaspray has a slight oceanview and a cozy atmosphere to enjoy time with family or friends. The condo is also just a few minutes driving distance to everything Atlantic Beach has to offer! Restaurants, shops, historic Fort Macon state park to name a few.

The location of this unit is amazing! We were thrilled to be right next to a beach access point (truly it was right outside the door!) - it made getting to the beach with kids so much easier. Also, the kitchen had every pot/pan/utensil you could need and it was so organized! We had some difficulty obtaining parking passes which resulted in having to make two trips to the realty office that manages this rental - the office is 25 minutes away from the unit - which was frustrating. Overall, we’d totally stay here again. You can’t beat the location!

Our first time staying here so HOA rules need to be better communicated for the property. We had multiple run ins with security over our hanging towels on the balcony and wrist bands for the pool. But overall a good property. A Place at the Beach next door is better in my opinion and will go back there for future trips.

We stay here to spend some down time with our Marine stationed at Cherry Point. The condo was very clean and organized. It was a short walk to the beach. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Condo was nice and amenities were good for our stay. Did have a slight issue with a dirty bedspread but it was quickly addressed. The property details listed a “plush king bed” for the master bedroom but it was far from that. Would have probably gotten better sleep on the sofa in the living room.
