The Doodlebug House is located in one of Sedona’s most peaceful and scenic areas, set on top of a hill in a private neighborhood away from traffic and crowds, yet only minutes from town.

We were amazed at the beauty of Sedona and the vacation home. The big windows allowed us to see the view of the red rocks surrounding us at all times. The host was always readily available. The private pool area was an oasis to come back to after a long day of sight seeing. It truly was the perfect vacation home!!!!

We had a great stay at this home. The views were beautiful and made it a really relaxing place to spend time. The location was perfect—easy walking access to nearby trails and very convenient for getting to everything we needed in the area.We also appreciated the thoughtful extras provided, including plenty of soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent, which made the stay even more comfortable.The home itself was quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for.That said, a few areas of the home and some of the furniture could use a bit of TLC to bring everything up to the same standard as the rest of the experience. Overall, a lovely stay in a great location with incredible views.

Pros: Kitchen was wonderfully stocked and had everything we needed including some spices that we did not need to purchase. Master bedroom very large with great bathroom attached. Table space in dining area and on balcony very nice. Large enough for 8 people. Nice having 4 bedrooms. Check in very easy. Lots of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Availability to pool, hot tub and putting green was nice. View was amazing!!Con: Listing stated they had video games and exercise equipment, but both were broken. Had no board games available-I had asked if they had some and was told they did. Furniture in living area, game room, by pool and balcony was stained and worn out. Balcony had cracks and appeared to need some attention. Sliding door on shower on main level was about to come off. Front door latch is sticking. Electric starter on outdoor gas fireplace broken and not sure how to start without this. No golf balls for putt-putt (used ping pong balls that I found). The place was large for our bigger group (7 adults and one child), but it lacked attention to detail. Could really be a nice place with some fresh paint and new furniture.

Lots of issues with the pool turning green and the cleanliness of the house ,also the dishwasher and the game room, another wonderfull place thats not properly managed
