The condo was large, spotless, very quiet, and in a great location. The lanai was very large and provided a lot of shade - easy walk to restaurants, shops, beach area. While there was not a large ocean view, the surrounding trees, mountains, golf course and waterfall were lovely. Great appliances - Bosch dishwasher, large refrigerator with large-capacity ice maker, good drip coffee maker. Nicely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. We hope to stay here again.

Clean and spacious condo with ocean view. The lanai has 2 areas which is a treat! Condo has most supplies neeeded during stay. Easy checkin and checkout! Would have been nice to have a beach umbrella. Beach chairs and cooler were available. Thank you!

Hubby and I stayed for 6 nights. Absolutely love the size of this condo, the roominess in all rooms and the wraparound lanai. Breathtaking views of the mountains and a fantastic glimpse of the bay. It’s a very short walk to the beach via the Marriott property. Location location. Easy access to anywhere on the island. Great eating and shopping choices at Kings and Queens shops and marketplace. The bed was super comfortable.The tv would not work and we contacted the property manager who came within the hour to resolve easily. No other issues at all. Only suggestion is to add more hangers. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

This condo is beautiful. We had to stay longer in Waikoloa because I had wrist surgery up in Waimea, (fractured wrist) The unit was quiet with a partial view of A-bay. We had no problems and enjoyed walking to the beach everyday. The unit was well laid out. The instruction booklet could use updating with exact instructions for the TV/remote usage and the new induction cooktop. However, the island manager was responsive and eager to help when we had questions. We would stay here again.

This was our second stay in this condo. We really like the size and how it is set up. The outdoor space is the best for us as we like to be outdoors most of the time we are in Hawaii, and this condo has a very large lanai that is sheltered from the often windy Waikoloa winds. The only thing I would mention is to be aware of the clothes dryer- it has a tendency to try to eat clothing items. It appears as if the seal around the door has a spot where items can catch and get caught, so just be aware of that, and if you have something delicate or special, you may want to hang dry.

Large open concept condo with many upgrades, and panoramic view through 2 glass walls with sliders. 2nd bedroom with twin beds has sliding 3 panel wall to fully separate the space. Gated community with elevators to access upper floors. Every detail was covered. Would absolutely stay here again

The resort was located some distance from Kona, but had all the amenities of restaurants, grocery stores and numerous shops. It was situated close to various beaches and points of interests which we were able to drive. The property management were fabulous and accommodated all of our requests. The condo was well equipped, and the one bedroom as described had two separate single beds, which were comfortable. It would be nice if the two single beds could be changed to a queen. Other than that we enjoyed the condo location since it was close to all the amenities of Waikoloa Village.

The property surrounding Vista Waikoloa is immaculate. It’s just a short walk to the beach access at the Marriott, and is very close to shopping and as well as food options. The location is also easy access (15-20 min drive) to several beaches in the area. The unit was perfect for us having a washer/dryer as well as full kitchen. The sunrises and sunsets on the balconies are hard to beat. I would highly recommend this place.

This condo is beautiful and located in a great location for your Kamuela/Waimea/Kona vacation. The space is well-planned and open, with a lot of lanai space. The neighborhood has lots of places to wander and explore as well. Well-stocked with supplies for the beach. Convenient elevator and parking. Perfect for a small family.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. It was clean and up to date with furnishings and linens. I think the only drawback for us was the fact that it is on a busy street and when you have the lanai doors open you do hear a lot of street noise. It does quiet down after sunset. Thank you.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We visit Hawaii every year and this is one of our very favorite places we’ve stayed. Spacious and comfortable with great mountain views as well as a peek at A Bay. Convenient to shops and restaurants and many wonderful beaches on the island. Kitchen with a few dated appliances but everything worked reasonably well. Comfy bed, big lanai and central AC. We loved it here and hope to come back next year!!

Everything was as advertised. The local manager was helpful with a couple of minor questions. My only comment would be that a small sachet of coffee would have been nice as a starter pack when I got there - but that is a very minor quibble. Everything was well stocked, including beach gear.

Spent 5 nights in Vista Waikaloa, it was the perfect space for a family with children. The condo was clean and well furnished. We cooked a lot, and the kitchen was stocked with oil, spices, and sauces. Nice location views of the volcanos and water, a short walk to A-Bay beach, and the condo came with beach chairs, umbrella, and some beach toys. There was a bit of road noise in the early morning if we kept the windows open, but not too bad.

Please remove Puako, and Waikoloa Village from this property! Waikoloa Vista is in Waikoloa, Waikoloa Village is miles inland from the ocean and is not a good location. Our stay was wonderful, the location is ideal for a long vacation. Easy walking to A beach, HIlton waterfront, and shopping/restaurants.

Giving it a rating of 4 because we got locked in the master bedroom due to the door being jammed. Luckily we had a friend staying in the spare room who was able to unlock the living room sliding glass door in the living room that shared a balcony with the master bedroom. We stayed 3 nights and it took 2 days for them to come fix it. Other than this the place was great!

A great place to quickly hop over to the "A-Bay" beach, which was not busy when we visited. Condo was clean, not cluttered with too much decor, and had a nice outdoor lanai. Check-in and check-out were easy and they were able to be flexible for our arrival and departure times, which was much appreciated. P.S. Tropics Ale House next door was a casual, fun place with good happy hour food deals, live music on some nights, and good food for a decent price.

We really enjoyed our week at Vista Waikoloa. The condo was very spacious and perfect for our family which includes two teenage boys. The top floor end unit is very quiet and the road noise was minimal. The kitchen was very spacious and lanai was perfect for morning breakfast and evening dinner. The view was incredible and it was a very convenient walk to the beach. In my opinion the location is better than most of the other condo complexes in the Waikoloa resort area. The beds were very comfortable (although the pillows weren't the best). When we first arrived it was very hot in the condo and the AC was not working and the lights and ceiling fan in the family room weren't coming on, but Greg was super responsive and got everything working quickly. He was so friendly and provided great info regarding the area. The only other thing was the bathrooms ran out of Kleenex but no big deal. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything was exactly as advertised. Thank you for helping to make our Hawaii vacation as good as it could be.

The condo was just perfect! The whole condo was very clean when we arrived. Nice towels, beach towels and the bed linens were soft. They even had a variety of pillows! I personally like a soft down pillow and I never seem to find that in a vacation rental but this condo had it. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The view from the outside patio/deck was lovely and it was always nicely shaded, no direct hot sun beaming on you so you can sit outside all day! There even was a small cooler and a few beach toys. Greg who was the contact person was very kind and generous with his time. At one point the breaker for the AC flipped (which we didnt realize, but could tell the AC was not working) and he was over in 20 min, fixing it and then giving us the inside tips on restuarants and activities. My daughter left her brithday lei with flowers and shells in the fridhe and Greg got it from the cleaning person and sent the shell Lei by mail! so gracious with time and effort.
