Seaz The Day-Olivia Beach

We really liked this house. It’s very cozy, with a nice and convenient layout. The parking is easy, and it’s not far from the beach.

We didn’t like that some areas were not clean. For example, on the lower level, in the room with the queen bed, the bedding was dirty. It was uncomfortable and unpleasant, and we had to replace it. Also, the toilet seat was loose, which caused some discomfort. Another downside was that the grill was in poor condition and didn’t work. That was disappointing, and we had to cook the steaks on a frying pan instead. The jacuzzi was nice, but the water should have been changed — there was sand in it even before we used it.

Great spacious home that was great for our family getaway. The Olivia Beach rental community was very clean, safe, and family oriented. Very cozy hot tub and courtyard. Ample parking behind the home. Home and community was super cute!!

The photos on the website made everything look brand new. In reality, cabinets, etc. were pretty well worn. However, the home was clean, comfortable, safe, and spacious. Was not prepared for the all of the stairs for beach access (it’s a cliff!) but still nice.

House was cute and well stocked! Close to the park and pool. Great layout. Unique and cute neighborhood.

Stairs on carpet are stained. Beach access isn’t kid friendly. Had to get on knees to unlock the hot tub.
