About this house rental
Beautiful "getaway" house hidden in the nest of wild nature inside the city limits! Surrounded by amazing nature this place is a real treasure for somebody who wants a vacation or romantic weekend! Just renovated (new carpet, paint, appliances etc).
BEST LOCATION: 1-2 min to all stores (Target, Movie theater, Main Grocery Store/HEB + many restaurants, 5 min to SeaWorld, 15 min to Six Flags/La Cantera. 20 min to the River Walk & airport.

PLEASE NOTE: There are only 1-1/2 BATHROOMS AT our home.
Enjoy your privacy in a peaceful place, We are surrounded by 1-acre forest, which if you like nature its a great place and you may increase your chance to see all kind of local animals and insects.
Mostly its pleasant experience: you will see wild tailed deer, cardinals, cute squirrels, owl and other harmless beauties. But since it is nature and a lot of it around you can also in a rare occasion see a spider, a small snake or a scorpion since this is Texas landscape. They wont bite of course you if you don't provocate it. If you are traveling with kids do not let them poke or play with potentially venomous creatures. We recommend using mosquito repellent if playing or exploring our 1 acre yard.
Please note, we have one security camera on the front porch facing the driveway and one security camera in our back porch facing our back door. They will be on during your stay to help provide our guests with peace of mind.
*Very Important for guests with infants or a baby* Please be advised that our upstairs Hall and stair railing is not baby secure proof or safe for any baby, toddler/or small kid friendly so watch your little ones and no babies, toddlers or Small KIDS at all should be crawling or playing
by upstairs hall without parental control or supervision) We are not responsible for any accident so
please watch and secure your loved ones and close all bedroom and bathroom doors to keep your small
child from crawling out into the upstairs hall at all times. By booking you agree to be fully responsible for your kids inside our home.

We stayed here as a destination stay for Sea World for the weekend. Five minutes away made it really easy to not have to wake up early or worry about having a late night driving back. House is really nice, has a farm house feel. We honestly were out more than we were in the house, but the games they had kept the kids entertained while we were there.

We went to support my daughters college shooting team for nationals. We even cooked dinner for them one evening. Plenty of nice outdoor space!
