This oceanfront condo is 1340 sqft 3 bedroom/2 bath located on the 12th floor in the Phoenix 1 building on the beautiful white sandy gulf coast beach!
Relax and enjoy all the beauty and fun this condo has to offer! You can sunbathe to your heart's content, catch the sunrise with a morning walk on the beach, enjoy the sunset while relaxing on the master bedroom balcony, watch the waves from the main balcony, dolphins playing in the gulf, or pelicans flying by with a day's catch. You may even have an opportunity to see a fly by from the Blue Angels! The kitchen is fully furnished to help you prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for your family and friends. The condo sleeps 10 with ease. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, the second bedroom will sleep a family of 4 with a queen bed as well as twin bunk beds, while the third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the living is equipped with a queen sleeper couch.

Beautiful beach views and corner unit. Needs some additional updates to the kitchen, but had what we needed for your stay. The condo security staff was very helpful and the condo was clean with nice pool, gym, indoor jacuzzi, and pickleball court.

Beautiful condo with a great amount of space for our family of 6! Gorgeous view of the Gulf and fantastic outdoor amenities. Love the waterfront pool and hot tubs! Would definitely return for a future trip!

I was there for 4 weeks with family coming and going. We range in age from 69 to 6. Everyone had a great time.

Nice condo, nice view of beach however the bunk bed and half broke and wobbles, Sadly, it was very unorganized with check in. Then I am asked to come down and pay more when I had paid in full on site. Took away from the easiness of a place to stay. Could have stayed in a hotel for same amount and not had phone calls everyday needing something from me. It is supposed to be easy not difficult.
