The Game room or Recreation room is the 4th bedroom and has a regulation size Olhausen Pool Table, wet bar, Keurig coffee maker, small refrigerator, large screen tv, stone gas fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa, with a new foam mattress, a full bath, closet and laundry room all with a hot tub outside on the deck.

Free secure internet access is available for your laptops and mobile devices on all three levels. Along with cable tv.

This is a custom built luxury home, with all new (2017) furniture. This home has two fireplaces on two of the three levels and is located on a large, quiet, two-acre private lot with a large backyard and easy access fire pit (that also has great long-range views). This mountain home has the most spectacular 180* views that will entertain you, your family and guests. You will enjoy deer and wild turkey most days right in the backyard.

Home is well equipped with all towels, linens, place setting for 12 and all kitchen utensils plus towels for the hot tub.
