Ubicación del departamento. La atención del anfitrión ante alguna consulta.
El equipamiento de cocina no era uniforme (aunque suficiente) y en algunos casos muy desgastado.
El dormitorio tenía colchones adicionales (nosotros alquilamos para dos) lo cual restó espacio y confort.
