O flat precisa de manutenção. A cama de casal estava quebrada, com a grade caindo. Tivemos um sacrifício pra co tornar o problema. Os encostos das cadeiras da mesa caem. Precisa de um.maior cuidado e reforma dos móveis. Janela do quarto de casal está solta, quase despensa embaixo.

Cheiro insuportável que sai do banheiro, do corredor superior, estávamos em 9 irmãos idosos, infelizmente nao havia cama e 2 tiveram que dormir no chão falta de ar-condicionado no piso inferior,
