About this apartment rental
This is a spacious yet cozy loft perfectly situated steps from the Beltline, across the street from Krog Street Market, and walking distance from tons of trendy Atlanta cafes, bars, restaurants, and parks. The space is a 1br/2ba with a queen Tempur-Pedic mattress in the bedroom and queen-sized pull-out couch in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, SmartTVs, outside patio, and a bonus room upstairs for flexible storage/yoga/office use. The only problem staying here is you won't want to leave!
The space is an open floor plan with high ceilings, large windows, and skylights. It has a modern, spacious and industrial feel, but is extremely comfortable, functional and cozy. Beautiful artwork on the walls, and plenty of seating in the living room, kitchen, patio, and bedroom.
There are two bathrooms in the loft: the master bathroom is attached to the bedroom and has two sinks, a shower, and a freestanding bathtub. The guest bathroom is a full bathroom with a sink and as shower.
The bedroom is very large. There is a wonderful table that could be used for working or eating. The mattress on the bed is a queen Tempur-Pedic with down-filled pillows and a down-comforter. Tons of closet space with rods and shelves.
Washer and Dryer. Wifi. Two TVs with Cable (48" in bedroom, 43" in living room; both SmartTVs). The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a Keurig with complementary pods! There is also a drip coffee maker. Outdoor seating on patio is comfortable and has a view of Krog Street Market.
The stairs in the bedroom lead to an additional room upstairs that provides flexible use: yoga, additional work space, or storage!

Rana's property was ideal. Great location, easy (off street) parking. Well equipped kitchen laundry etc. I stayed for a couple of months while I was working and was sad to leave. Rana is a great host and attends to any issues immediately.
