The location of this studio is phenomenal. Right on the beltline and surrounded by many yummy eateries, this location cannot be beat. We loved exploring the Krog district, the Krog tunnel and walking on the beltline to Ponce City Market and Reynolds town looking for the Tiny Doors. The host was very responsive and helpful with how to get into the parking garage the first time when it was acting up, and having secured free parking in that area was awesome. The queen bed was a little squeaky, but they did add a foam topper to the mattress and it was comfortable to sleep on. Our son was able to sleep comfortably on a twin sized put away bed on the floor as well. The studio was very spacious with many amenities provided. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Atlanta.
The hot water ran out on the third person showering, but not sure if that is a building thing vs unit thing. I would recommend you space out your showers if you have more than 2 people. But, not a deterrent or negative about this place at all, just an FYI.

The location was fantastic. Right on the beltline with easy access to restaurants, stores and other attactions.
The bed was atrocious. The mattress and springs were totally shot... soft and squeaky. You are renting an apartment to sleep in. Please fix the bed.
