Hilton Head Island will undergo beach renourishment from September 2025 through May 2026 to help preserve the shoreline. During this time, small sections of beach (no more than 1,000 feet at a time) may be temporarily closed to pedestrian access as the project moves along. Plenty of beach will remain open and accessible for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

Evian 123 is a spacious second-floor villa that offers beautiful views of a picturesque lagoon and the South Carolina woods. When you arrive at Evian 123 you’ll appreciate the French Country architecture, which gives the entire community a European look and feel. Inside, your condo boasts soaring vaulted ceilings and comfortable furniture that will make you feel right at home. Your living room features a sofa sleeper, loveseat, armchair, and large wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a VCR. There’s also a fireplace for a chilly fall evening. Since Evian 123 has free Internet, you have a handy way to stay in touch with friends and family back home.

Loved the stay but we did not realize it was 2 story. We are senior citizens and had to be real careful on the stairs. We will be sure limited stairs next time. …..The condo was nice.

Beautifully decorated villa…. But Master bath Not senior friendly, and outdated .Fortunately, my husband and I could use the guest bathroom shower, because it was just us traveling this time. The master tub /shower ( outdated)combo had two tiled steps to maneuver with no high handles to hold on to. I’m aware of any hazards like this because of back surgery and not wanting to fall. My husband and and I are fit in our 60’s, but the Master bath situation is truly unsafe for any age!
We didn’t allow this to ruin our stay— but glad we could spread out.
It should be well noted too there are immediate stairs to climb when entering this condo.
We enjoyed the quietness of surroundings…. Bikes, pool and beach all wonderful. Tennis is good, but some of courts needed repairs and lighting at night was not available to turn on for night play. Overall a beautiful place in Shipyard.

The place was nice, however we had a little trouble getting the parking pass and welcome packet upon arrival. We eventually got into contact with the property manager with no further issues. I would still recommend the property again.

We have vacations in Hilton Head for many years. We usually rent directly from owners and have a lovely experience. This time our rental was through v-trips. Our experience was less than satisfactory as regards dealing with v- trips themselves. We had several difficulties with them, that we never had before. We will be avoiding that company at all costs on our future trips to Hilton Head. So when you use VRBO just be careful you're renting directly from the owners!
