No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good price. The third bedroom having 2 separate beds is especially ideal for my family of 5. Location is close to beach and pool.
There were a number of maintenance items that should not have required me to bring them to the attention of the property manager. Response was prompt and none of the issues were deal-breakers, but they can do better. I suspect many things go unreported and that’s part of the problem, but there were also obvious misses here too.
