Excellent location with good parking. There were only two of us so we had plenty of room. Comfortable lounge and conservatory furniture.
We were surprised to find dirty dishes in the dishwasher that had obviously been there for some time as they were mouldy. The dishwasher had obviously not been checked when the property was cleaned for us. There was also a used razor in the shower.

The garden was fantastic, and location is perfect
I think it could do with a deep clean as we did find there were a lot of cobwebs and some of the glasses were stained from prior use.
I also think some new carpets would make the house look much cleaner as the current front room carpet looks well worn.

Decent location and ample space for 6 adults and two young children but a little tired decor wise and the heating is definitely not up to scratch for autumn and winter breaks in today’s consumer market.
No central heating only storage type heaters and none at all in the children’s room,not good enough when on a late autumn break.
Also the top bunk mattress was very uncomfortable and not fit for purpose, this should be replaced immediately!
