Comfortable stay, great for families, but timings could be improved
We really enjoyed our stay. The heater was already turned on before we arrived, which was very thoughtful and made a big difference, especially since we were traveling with four children. The place was warm, comfortable, and well prepared for guests. All kitchen utensils were provided, which made cooking easy and convenient for our family. Overall, the stay itself was very pleasant and comfortable.
The only disappointing part was the check-in and check-out timings. Check-in at 5:00 PM and check-out at 9:00 AM was quite difficult to manage when traveling with kids. More flexible timings would greatly improve the experience for families.

A great family holiday enjoyed by everyone
It was in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac but very convenient for beach and shops.
The adults all complained of uncomfortable mattresses (this could easily be remedied). The children slept great.

Info for heaters, dishwasher and cooker lacking. limited TV choice (no Sky or catch up channels). Garden smaller than photos suggested. An additional WC/ shower room upstairs would make Mor Gragen even more desirable!

Perfectly located holiday cottage
Location excellent for beach and town, and is in a quiet area so no noise. Very spacious property with good size garden. Quick response from the management company when we had a minor issue on arrival. We would definitely stay here again
Furnishings a little dated but perfectly functional. The light curtains made it very bright early in the morning. Perhaps a sign on the toilet door as my elderly father found all of the white doors a little disorientating. Wouldn't be a problem for everyone, just something to consider

Pleasant
Decent location and ample space for 6 adults and two young children but a little tired decor wise and the heating is definitely not up to scratch for autumn and winter breaks in today’s consumer market.
No central heating only storage type heaters and none at all in the children’s room,not good enough when on a late autumn break. Also the top bunk mattress was very uncomfortable and not fit for purpose, this should be replaced immediately!
