Traumhafter Ort für Ruhe und Frieden

Wir waren eine Woche in der (kleineren) Villa Charoupia. Das Haus liegt allein mitten in einem Olivenhain, es gibt nur die Nachbarvilla und etwas daneben ein älterer Einheimischer mit seinen Hühnern und einem zauberhaften kleinen Hund. Das Haus ist innen klein, wie auf der Beschreibung, aber zweckmäßig, da das Leben draußen stattfindet. Der Aussenbereich samt Pool ist absolut zauberhaft, die Aussicht berauschend. Zum Ort samt zwei tollen Tavernen und einem Mini Minimarkt ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Am Strand unterhalb des Ortes ist ebenfalls eine empfehlenswerte Taverne, zu Fuß ist es etwas steil zurück, mit dem Auto drei Minuten, Parkplätze gibt es genug, Liegen und Sonnenschirme umsonst. Die Betreuung durch den Besitzer Vaggelis war unglaublich gastfreundlich, wir bekamen Essen und Getränke, wurden sogar eingeladen. Als es kurz Probleme mit der Außenbeleuchtung gab, wurde sich sofort gekümmert. insgesamt eine wunderbare Woche, jederzeit wieder!!

Kleines Haus mit schlechter Ausstattung und schönem Aussenbereich

Die Aussicht hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool und der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön.

Die Anzeige ist irreführend, weil man denkt, dass alle Bilder zur Unterkunft gehören und das Haus auf den Bildern viel größer wirkt. Die Unterkunft Charoupia ist leider extrem klein. Die Küche ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es mangelte an sämtlichen Dingen wie Kochgeschirr, Besteck, Gläsern usw. Der Herd ist auch sehr alt. Die Waschmaschine ist schon völlig verrostet und ist während unserem Aufenthalt kaputt gegangen und sollte repariert werden. Leider ist dies bis zu unserer Abreise nicht passiert. Es gibt nur eine sehr kleine Couch die seitlich zu einem sehr kleinen Fernseher an der Wand steht. Im Schlafzimmer war nur ein Laken und keine Decken zum zudecken vorhanden. Es ist kaum Stauraum vorhanden, da es nur einen sehr kleinen Kleiderschrank gibt. Dasselbe Problem hatten wir im Bad bezüglich der Hygieneartikel. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer leuchtet extrem hell und ist nicht sehr leise. Erholsame waren damit unmöglich. Zu dem Haus gehört eigentlich ein Grillplatz, der aber hinter dem Haus auf dem Grundstück des Eigentümers liegt. Uns wurde an zwei Tagen untersagt diesen zu nutzen, da die Tochter des Eigentümers mit Freundinnen dort feiern möchte. Die Hausverwaltung war leider nicht sehr hilfreich was allgemeine Fragen bezüglich Problemen mit dem Haus betraf. Zusammenfassend gesagt war das Haus sehr klein und man konnte und wollte sich kaum drinnen aufhalten. Das Beste war der Aussenbereich und das man griechisches Gebäck zur Begrüßung bekam. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat uns sehr enttäuscht.

Pace dei sensi

La villetta è davvero accogliente e fornita di ogni cosa ti possa servire in vacanza. Angela (che si occupa del soggiorno) è stata sempre disponibile e presente per ogni nostra richiesta e pronta a consigliarci. La struttura è pulita, così come la piscina privata dove è bello fare colazione o passare del tempo se si vuole un po' di silenzio e relax. Il vicinato è gentile ed accogliente, peraltro ci hanno fornito aiuto quando abbiamo dimenticato le chiavi dentro casa. La cagnolina del vicino ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo (e ogni volta che ci sentiva svegliare e tornare) ed è così dolce che è stato un piacere passare del tempo con lei, al punto che ora ci manca!

La posizione è comoda per raggiungere le spiagge più belle dell'isola e nel paese più vicino ci sono un mini market e due taverne, tuttavia, per arrivare alla prima zona fornita di tutti i servizi ci vogliono circa 10 minuti di auto.
