Great home, location and view. Vacasa never fixed the tv in the primary bedroom and we were there 2 weeks!

We were further from the beach than expected but could still hear the waves. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area and especially the porch!

The title of the listing says "Brand-new" ocean view home. Yes, there is a beautiful ocean view, it is steps to the beach, and I'm sure it was brand-new at one point. It's a nice home. The beds were comfortable (though the sheets could use replacing). The kitchen was a nice, but was less than average stocked as compared with other beach homes we have stayed. Especially if you are a group that enjoys to cook - we ended up going out instead of cooking due to this.
The most disappointing part was that we had no internet the whole time we were there. Yes, there was a hurricane that came - but it came on Thursday. We were there since Sunday and reported the internet outage. The tv cable service was also through the internet (DSL). So we had no television. We went through all the data on our cell phones in the first couple of days. I hope they get it fixed for their next guests.
We would consider returning to this property as we loved the location. The house met our needs. It was close to the beach. Several nice locally-owned restaurants to choose from (Rodie's, Bronx House, Captain's BBQ).
