Upstairs, a dedicated kid-friendly space is perfect for game nights and winding down after a day at the beach. A washer and dryer and a dedicated workspace round out the home for longer stays.
Ocean Vista Paradise sits directly across the street from the ocean, with the beach just a short stroll away — guests consistently describe it as about a 5-minute walk. Washington Oaks Gardens State Park is 2 miles north, the European Village's shops and restaurants are 5 miles south, and several golf courses are nearby.

This property looks exactly like the pictures. Plenty of room, clean, well stocked kitchen & very quiet. Beds are comfortable & it has a nice gas grill in the screened in area. The sunrises are wonderful from the front porch with a big cup of coffee! We had a couple little issues including a clogged shower & an odd smell, but they sent someone over within 30 minutes and it was taken care of. Lots of beach equipment in the garage that has been left behind which was nice. There were a few bikes to use, but they need some work so we weren’t able to use them. The beach is beautiful and not busy whatsoever, but very rocky- not a beach for surfing or anything like that. The walk is a little more than I was thinking from the pictures, but there is parking closer with a bathroom & shower so we used that some of the time. We ended up finding a different beach for the kids that wasn’t so rocky. Also- if you want a toaster, pack one. There is no toaster in the house. We also found an awesome ice cream shop called twisters about 10 minutes up the road- AWESOME staff & so yummy!! All in all, we would definitely recommend this house to family’s with or without kids. We will definitely keep this one in mind if we visit the area again!

Quick response from the property manager. Very clean home. Plenty of room to spread out & relax. Location is quiet, close to the beach. Comfortable beds & plenty of bathrooms. Having access to bicycles was nice too. The maintenance man was very friendly & helpful. Will book here again.

Great house. Super clean. Comfortable and roomy on a quiet street. Loved the ocean view from the raised front porch. Highly recommend.
