UPDATED KITCHEN CABINETS AND COUNTERTOPS as of May 2022! Just a short walk to the beach (nearest beach access is across Palm Blvd between 55th and 54th Avenue), this three bedroom and two bath cottage is a perfect setting for your vacation. While located within the gated community of Wild Dunes, 13 Sandcrab Court offers comfortable and updated accommodations at a reasonable price for a small group or family. No smoking, no pets. WIFI & Linens included. Cable Streaming available through YouTube TV package.

*Renters do not have access to Resort pools or fitness center per Wild Dunes regulations. **Wild Dunes Resort Dining, Golf, Pickleball and Tennis are available to the public for applicable fees. *

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just like the pictures and close to the beach and main part of the resort. We love Wild Dunes and will definitely be back!

We're very familiar with Wild Dunes, having both owned and rented in the resort. This location for a 3 br/2ba house is amazing. Walk across the backyard to Palm Blvd and about 1/2 block to the beach access path which is a very easy stroll through the dunes to the beach. The house has a lovely florida room which we used to the exclusion of the living room. Beds were comfortable and both linens and kitchen utensils plentiful. Informed housekeeping that the pans had been put away without washing by previous occupants and never noticed by housekeeper. Kitchen and baths seem to be pretty original but clean and in good condition. Our issue presented as we opened the house and were met with a terrible mildew/wet/mold(?) smell. After opening everything up and exploring a bit, we decided the spongy floor in the utility closet must be the culprit and kept that door closed the rest of the stay. This assessment was born out by the spongy bottom in the master bath tub which butts up against the utility area. There must be or, have been in the past, a leak. We definitely hope whatever the issue is, it is resolved as we'd consider this rental for the future if we didn't have to put up with strong odor.
