Newly redecorated! This adorable three-bedroom, two-bath home is the perfect family getaway for everyone. This pet-friendly home offers a small private pool and plenty of professionally landscaped outside space for soaking up the Florida sunshine! With the beach only a block away on a very quiet street, you'll be soaking up the sun and playing in the sand before you know it! This home is also close to plenty of restaurants and activities.
Walking into the home the fully equipped kitchen will be to your right. To your left is a large dining table for dinners together or family game night! Step into the living room and relax on the brand new sofas and watch the game on the large screen TV. Just behind the living area is the downstairs master bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen TV. Just outside that bedroom is the guest bathroom with stand alone shower and washer and dryer in the closet. Step back out into the living room and walk up the stairs to the second master bedroom which has a king bed, flat screen TV and full bath with tub/shower combo. Just down the hall is the full over full bunk bedroom with twin trundle and flat screen TV. The property is in a very good location but upon the arrival the door facing was off on the south bedroom door. I immediately reported it to the property manager. There were several other issues but since it was Thanksgiving decided just to deal with it. There were a couple of safety issues also and upon checking out gave the list to the property manager
