This house is located in a quiet area overlooking a private lake. It is in a perfect location, close to everything--with Disney (4 miles), Sea World (8 miles), and Universal Studios (10 miles).
This spacious 1,296 square foot three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse includes: living room with premium cable TV and DVD, fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, master bath with Hot tub. The second and third bedroom each has 2 twin beds. There is also a crib available in unit. Including the pull-out sofa, this villa sleeps eight. Free long distance calls can be made in the USA and Canada and Puerto Rico. High speed wireless internet service is provided free of cost.
The resort features a wide variety of amenities, including a clubhouse adjacent to a beautiful 2,600 square foot heated pool with large relaxing spa. There is also a business center with internet access, game room, and a large well equipped exercise room. Enjoy the tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, fishing place and children's playground in easy walking distance of the home.

The townhouse was conveniently located 20 minutes from every activity. It needed a few updates and repairs but overall ok.

Property was in a convenient location, pool was great, and owner was responsive. However, it was dumpy. Carpets are very dirty, master bathroom floor stained, lots of cracks/splits in the walls. So if that’s worth the lower cost then it’s satisfactory. I was disappointed as you don’t get the full scope from the listing photos.
