Cape Retreat is a tranquil place to maximize your vacation experience. Located in the popular Pelican area of SW Cape Coral, this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home offers beautiful views of the water and wildlife from the main living areas in the house. The high ceilings and extra windows make the house bright and cheerful, with semi-sheer window coverings across the living and dining rooms to give you some privacy without obstructing the view.

The house has pocketing sliders across the back as well as a large, screened outdoor living space with television, large solar/electric heated pool/spa, and propane gas grill (propane refills, if needed, are very inexpensive, are paid by the renter, and are available locally). Come enjoy coffee in the kitchen which overlooks two beautiful intersecting canals, or in the privacy of the screened secret garden located off the primary bedroom suite. The house has high ceilings, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, a mini-bar with sink and small refrigerator in the living room, full laundry and garage, and new stainless steel appliances.

This relaxing home is located on a canal in Southern Cape Coral, minutes from the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf, with no bridges or restricted access. Watch the dolphins play in the canal in the late afternoons as you enjoy the Southern and Western sunshine at the pool, or see the bubbles created on the water by a passing manatee. The house offers excellent amenities, including high quality sheets and towels, comfortable living room with large screen television and cable, free Wi-Fi, fishing equipment to fish off the dock, and beach/lounge chairs and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a delicious meal, and there is a pass-through window to the outdoor living room and bar area.

Cape Retreat sleeps 6, with King-sized beds in the Main Suite and in one guest bedroom, and a Queen bed in the other guest bedroom. Each bedroom has its own television. The guest rooms share a separate hall and bathroom, offering privacy from the Main Suite and bath located on the opposite side of the house. The home has a large dining room overlooking the pool, a large great room with pocketing sliders at the rear of the house, and a small library area in the front of the house with comfortable leather furniture. There are numerous places to relax and curl up with a book, or to enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife as you look out at the water.

Cape Retreat is in one of the most desirable locations in Southeastern Cape Coral, and is just minutes from shopping, grocery stores, gas stations and the downtown Cape Coral, Cape Harbor, Tarpon Bay, and Yacht Club areas. Bring your bike and enjoy the numerous biking trails throughout the city, or plan to take a boat tour to see the dolphins and beautiful birds which inhabit this tropical landscape.
