Villa Summer Bliss is an open floor plan villa with 3 Bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and is a perfect sanctuary to hang out and get away. The floor plan screams vacation comforts with its convenient style, and airy tones throughout. From the moment you enter through the double glass doors, into the large entryway, you will absolutely fall in love with this space. With neutral tones throughout and pops of color, this light and airy villa will be your favorite destination spot for years to come.
The Master bedroom is decorated in warm tones with pops of green and coral. Large windows and sliding glass doors leave the room with plenty of natural light. The room is relaxing, cheerful, and bright with a King size bed. The en-suite is spacious and bright with a beautiful seaside vibe. The first guest room is roomy with 2 twin size beds, and decorated just as beautifully as the master with neutral tones and pops of Caribbean color, leaving you to feel right at home in paradise. The second guest room is simple and elegant, decorated with sand dollar themes and bursts of blues, making this room a perfect escape. With a queen size bed, this guest room is just as perfect as the rest. Each bedroom in this villa has its own smart TV, allowing you to escape further to catch up on your favorite shows in the privacy of your own space. With the addition of the sleeper sofa, this home can comfortably sellp up to 8 guests.

Online pictures were exactly what we got. Updated kitchen was fantastic. Neighborhood was super quiet, and all houses maintained beautifully.
Master shower did back up and flood bathroom and some of bedroom, we cleaned up. Not what we expected we had to do.

Excellent place to stay for a family vacation. Kids loved the pool and the house had plenty of room for all us. Great location and easy to get around from the home to other areas of Cape Coral and Fort Meyers.
Only downside was that we never heard from the vacation property manager to see how things were going. Not a deal breaker.

We needed to escape our home after quarantining for a few months, and a house with a pool and a boat dock near the ocean was a great fit for us. The home was in very good shape and very clean. I would say that it was definitely as advertised. We were surprised happily that there was a barrier in front of the pool so that we didn’t have to worry about our children falling in or sneaking in without us knowing. The dock area was well appointed, and we enjoyed the use of the kayaks. The boatlift is rusty, but did handle the boat we rented without any issues. The only thing that didn’t go as we expected was that we did not have a call from the property management company that we were expecting. However it was OK, we didn’t need anything. Would definitely recommend to a family for a wonderful vacation from their normal reality.
