This smart, first floor apartment is 400 yards from Crantock beach in Newquay and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Rosen is a very smart first-floor apartment with sea views, situated in Newquay, just a minutes stroll from Fistral Beach. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms a double with balcony and a twin together with a shower-room and a bathroom. There is an open-plan living-dining room-kitchen area with balcony. This is a superbly located apartment for relaxing after a fun day at the beach. There is so much to do and see in this lively town, and nearby there is Watergate Bay, golf and National Trust Trerice House to visit.
Amenities: Central heating with underfloor heating. Microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent - this does not include beach towels. Cot, Highchair and Booster Seat available in the property. Off road parking for one car in a reserved parking space. Sorry, no pets. Note: Seascape building, including the Rosen apartment and balconies, is non-smoking (including vaping).
