The home includes 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, 2 Half Baths and 2 Living Areas. Watch alpenglow sunsets from the 360 sq. ft. deck that wraps around to a covered porch or from the 2 lower level terraces and hot tub that are accessed from the downstairs game room.
Drop your shoes and jackets in the entry closet right off the front door and then enter the Great Room where the spectacular view immediately takes you outdoors to the beautiful mountains that can be seen from every window of the home. The Great Room has a vaulted ceiling and open floor plan which encompasses the Kitchen, Dining and Living areas. A NEW corner gas fireplace and 55' flat screen HDTV make this the perfect gathering place for your group.
The Master Bedroom Suite is located on the main level of the home and has a king sized bed, double sinks, deep soaking tub and shower. Master bathroom was completely remodeled in 2019. A half bath and the laundry room are also located on the main level.
Downstairs a king bedroom and bunkroom are connected by a full bath. The downstairs living space boasts a 46' HDTV, table for puzzles and games, fold out sofa, half bath and a wet bar that includes a sink and mini-fridge.
The upstairs has two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom contains a king bed and the other a queen and daybed with trundle.
The home has in-floor radiant heat throughout; the Great Room has Australian Cypress floors, all bathrooms are tiled and bedrooms and lower Living area has carpet.
“43” is approximately 1.4 miles/3minute drive to the Crested Butte Mountain Resort base area; .4 miles to the Gold Link homeowners ski trail and 4 miles/7minute drive to Downtown Crested Butte. You can also enjoy cross-country skiing at the base of Snodgrass Mountain with a day pass from the Crested Butte Nordic Center. In the summer, jump on your bike, take a hike right from the home, walk 5 minutes to the Crested Butte Town Shuttle bus stop or 2 minutes to Ted Scheske Park where you will find a children’s playground, fitness trail, tennis courts and unparalleled vistas!

The property was nice. The main floor Master Bedroom was especially nice for me (stairs are a problem). Every body seemed to enjoy the property. The email I received before the stay indicated that 2 cars could go in the garage, which was not the case.

This is my group’s 2nd time staying at this property and it is perfect for a few families to fit comfortably. The free shuttle is a game changer, and makes getting to and from the slopes super easy. Hope to stay here again!

This is my group’s 3rd year staying here and it was great as always! It’s been nice to have a familiar place to come to each year. We tend to max out the house with 15-16 adults and it doesn’t feel cramped even when we’re all hanging out!
