It wasn’t a huge community and we were so close to the pool which my kids loved

Our only complaint is there weren’t pool specific towels

The location is very convenient and well situated in Aspen. The apartment had all basic amenities functioning properly.

The main issue is the very poor value for money. While everything technically worked, the apartment felt quite dated and worn, with an overall appearance that does not match the very high price charged. The furniture, finishes, and general condition give the impression of an older property that has not been updated in a long time. Check-in was also more difficult than expected. Although the instructions were technically correct, we had significant difficulty opening the lockbox, which forced us to remain outside for some time late at night in extremely cold temperatures (around -9°C). This made the arrival unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable. Another disappointing aspect was the lack of flexibility or assistance regarding luggage storage. Our flight was late in the evening, but we were required to check out early, and no effort was made to help us find a solution to store our luggage for a few hours before heading to the airport. For the price paid in Aspen, one would reasonably expect a more modern property and a more guest-oriented experience.

Súper cómodo, impecable y completo . Para cocinar está súper equipado, hasta usamos la parrilla. Los amenities excelentes, solo estuve 2 días. Volvería a pasar más tiempo!

Good location

Not enough parking spaces. Only had one car and difficult to find a spot. No hair dryer. Lastly limited items in kitchen.
