Include house swimming pool access.
Very central area of San Diego, 15 minutes from downtown, stadiums, theme parks, malls, beaches, etc..

Home was cozy and welcoming as soon as we arrived. Home was very clean and host was quick to response and provided info right away. Location of the home is right by all major freeways.

Unit was clean and close to family. Kitchenette well stocked. Ice also provided (but we did not use). It was a relaxing stay. No complaints. Host promptly answered questions and was very personable.

The apartment itself was very nice - small, but just what we needed for two adults and a three year old. It was very nicely decorated, clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen.
We we chose this location because of the private use of the pool. We were disappointed that the pool was not heated as promised and, even after the owner indicated he would heat it for our use on our second day, it was never heated. We were also disappointed to find that one of the household members was smoking in the backyard while we used the pool. If the listing had mentioned the outdoor space was shared with smokers we would not have booked it.
