About this house rental
Are you looking for the perfect vacation spot? Come relax on our beautiful beaches. Bring the family and enjoy quality time making lifetime memories. Build sandcastles, stroll the beach, take a ride on the kayak or a refreshing swim in the ocean. You'll feel right at home in our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bath custom built concrete beach house one block back from the warm Gulf of Mexico with magnificent sunsets. And don't forget to take plenty of pictures of your times together. Priceless!
Our luxury home is fully equipped with a 60' flat screen smart HDTV , stereo, free WI-FI This house has the ambience and convenience of a beach getaway. Elevated, the living level is the second floor and consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (1,500 sq. ft. ).Lower level is currently tenanted.The tenant will not (nor allow others to) cause annoyance or disturbance, other tenants or any neighbours. The living room’s dual doors face West for great sunset views. The upper rear decks offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. For outdoor fun our privately large front deck is equipped with a BBQ grill for your family cook out .For your day at the beach we provide beach towels, chairs, and umbrella.
There are 2 parking spots in the driveway. The living space is on open floor plan, all on one comfortable level. Open concept ,great for entertaining with new kitchen, large island, granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. Master suite with private bath, king size bed, dresser and 30' TV with DVD. Second bedroom is furnished with a double size bed, dresser and has two closets. For additional guests, there is a extendable double size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Our kitchen is fully-equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, all cutlery and dishes etc. Dining table with 6 chairs. Towels and linens are provided along with a washer/dryer. Additionally for your convenience we also provide you with dish washing detergent and other starter supplies such as paper products, coffee filters, trash bags.Please note that the stairs to access the unit are not handicapped accessible.
Great location, close to everything and lots to do. For fishing just steps away in Gulf of Mexico or Inter coastal water way.
You may not need a car here! You can walk to the beach and area restaurants! You can take the beach trolley to explore other beaches (Clearwater Beach, Sand Key, Indian Shores, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille, Honeymoon Island, Tarpon Springs, and more!)
House is just south of Clearwater Beach on the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Walk to restaurants and shops. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, night life, our local star “Winter” the Dolphin from “Winter’s Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium. Enjoy wave runners, para-sailing, Segway, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina. Make sure to go to the Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration. Go to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium are only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. Location was excellent. Short walk to the beach. Nice runs and walks on beach, dolphin sightings, and beautiful sunsets. Great restaurants and ice cream places within walking distanceNice to have the trolley to Pier 60 rather than deal with traffic.Adequate cutlery, plates, pots/fry pans and towels. Also nice to relax on the front deck.Enjoyed our stay and would return.

We stayed for 3 months. Treated like our own home while there. Brought my own dishes pots pans and all linens and towels Glad I did. Nice and close to water. Should provide information about trash lawn service times and tv and thermostat usage for guests.. would return

We had a very nice stay at this condo! It was clean and matched the photos. Great location to beach and plenty of places to walk to for meals and ice cream. I was told there were four beach chairs and an umbrella. When we arrived, two beach chairs were full of black mold and the umbrella was broken. My family flew in from PA, so we obviously didn't have our own beach gear which is why I clarified with the property owner about what was there. After seeing the condition of the beach gear, I reached out to the owner who said she was unaware of the broken umbrella and that she'd have to look into it. She never got back to me again about it. So I had to order chairs and an umbrella for my family to use at Walmart and have them delivered; the week we were vacationing some of the days were in the upper 90's. So we needed an umbrella. Anyway, it was disappointing that the owner never checked back in about the gear nor checked on us the rest of our stay and I had to buy those supplies and leave them there because I couldn't take them home on an airplane.

The house was very nice, nice neighborhood and it's about 5 min walk to beach access . There's someone living in the unit under it & they were super loud & stayed up until 1 a.m every night ! Our 2nd night there the master bathroom toilet stopped working & I immediately wrote the owner & they responded very rude saying they would have someone there to fix it & no one ever showed up! We stayed 6 more nights after this not able to use that bathroom toilet! So needless to say, I won't be back to that "unit" . Disappointing
