A very good last minute two night break in a property that exceeded our expectations

Very clean, tidy and comfortable property

Kitchen facilities would have made it difficult for anything more than very basic cooking. A little far from Aldeburgh town centre but nothing problematic

Excellent place to stay, just need to rethink slightly regarding the customer experience.

Good facilities, spotlessly clean, quiet location, off street parking for two cars, easy walking distance to Beach (and excellent Fish and Chips!).

Only minor issues were with Bathroom - owner might consider Blinds to give privacy / security for female customers - no cover for the large window opposite the shower unit, so I did not feel comfortable using the shower. Clearer instructions for Heating regulation unit would be appreciated also.

very comfortable, very clean, useful outdoor space, very handy for co-op and north warren walks

bit of a trek to the beach, not much local information, (but that may be a coronavirus thing?)

A good property, quiet comfortable and well maintained, easy walking access to town and beaches.

Loction was good, quiet and far enough away from town without being to far. Response by the letting agent and plumber to fix an overflowing drain. Plumber arrived with the hour of informing the agent. (Problem solved).

No extra blankets, given that it was cold on several nights, although unusual for the time of the year. Had to use one of the duvet's off another bed. Not enough toilet rolls.
