Let me first focus on the positives. Windsor palms is a very nice resort area we have stayed here on three or four occasions and were very happy with the accomodations. With covid and the uncertainly of travel from Canada we were late booking and at that time there weren't a lot of options in Windsor Palms in our budget. The house itself was very clean there were no issues there. The problem with the house is that is in need of a refresh. I would call it used up at this point. First impression was not great when we walked up to the outside front door that was all faded and looked at the multiple spots that had locks changed on it. There were dead little bugs all around the front door entry way which had to be swept away every morning. Pool liner needs to be replaced and was very hard on the feet and deck furniture should all be replaced. Inside the unit as mentioned was very clean but is in need of a good refresh of paint etc. Kitchen looked to be recently updated and was very well stocked. Pool was very dirty as well when we arrived and the hot tub did not work. Property manager had cleaner come over and tidy the pool but the whirlpool did not work for the entire trip. We did get a refund of $200 and were told we would get $200 of our next stay. Overall very disappointed in this accommodation and hope the owner looks at refreshing it in the near future.
